Rome To Florence Delays And Disruptions 30-31JUL2024
Travel is significantly slowed on the Florence - Rome line due to the report of a fire near the railway line in Orvieto.
Trains are traveling with a precautionary reduction in speed on the affected section. High Speed, Intercity and Regional trains may experience increased travel times of up to 160 minutes. Regional trains may be subject to cancellations and route limitations. High Speed trains may be routed on the conventional line.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TRAIN IS CANCELLED?
If the train has been canceled, the train staff should offer to assist you in booking the next available train. The law states that the train line has to provide alternative transportation to get you where you need to go
If they were not able to provide alternative transportation, you are eligible for a full refund, and we would be happy to file the claim on your behalf
Contact one of our Traveler Experience agents for a refund authorization form to sign and send back to us. Once received, we will process your refund immediately.
