ItaliaRail customer satisfaction provides 24-hour email coverage although our phone lines are opened 12 hours a day on weekdays Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. ET (Eastern Time Zone - US/CA), and 8 hours on weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday. If you urgently need to contact us after phone hours, please send us an email with the word URGENT in the title and the reason of your emergency.
