At Expo Milano 2015, the world is your oyster! The 140 country pavilions make up the world’s grandest and most diverse buffet, showcasing the signature tastes and flavors that each country brings to the table. Chef Moha of Morocco oversees the Pavilion’s take-away restaurant, which offers traditional Moroccan specialties such as couscous and tagine. Germany’s family restaurant specializes in traditional preparations such as sauerkraut and goulash, while the restaurant Symphonie showcases haute German cuisine with a rotation of the country’s finest chefs manning the kitchen.
The quintessential Czech beer Pilsner Urquell has a restaurant inside the Czech Republic’s Pavilion that features an assortment of meat dishes to pair with a special unpasteurized brew. Brazil’s top-floor pavilion restaurant hosts a selection of the country’s best chefs who will prepare dishes from indigenous ingredients. American street food is incarnated in the form of Food Truck Nation with six food trucks selling hamburgers, BBQ, lobster rolls and more!
And, of course, there will be Italian eats everywhere.
